The creamy texture and cheesy profile make it a comfort food staple that appeals to both adults and children.

Description – Pams Emmental & Cream Potato Gratin 400g

Pams Emmental & Cream Potato Gratin is crafted using thinly sliced potatoes layered in a rich cream-based sauce enriched with Emmental cheese. The product is designed to deliver a smooth, indulgent texture with a balanced flavour profile that combines the natural earthiness of potatoes with the creamy richness of dairy and the nutty depth of Emmental cheese.

The composition includes 48% potatoes, 33% cream (with milk and stabiliser 407), milk, modified potato starch, 3% Emmental cheese made from milk with non-animal rennet, salt, food fibre, thickeners (461, 464), wheat-based flavouring, pepper, and garlic powder. This blend creates a structured, oven-ready dish that develops a golden, slightly crisp top layer while remaining soft and creamy underneath when baked.

The product is designed for oven preparation, allowing the ingredients to meld together during cooking and form a cohesive gratin structure. As it heats, the cream thickens and the cheese melts, creating a rich sauce that coats each slice of potato evenly.

Each 400g pack is portioned into approximately four servings, making it suitable for small family meals or as a shared side dish. It is intended to complement main courses rather than serve as a standalone meal, although it is rich enough to be enjoyed on its own as a comfort food option.
