H2: What is Dry Active Yeast?

Traditional Yeast with a Long Shelf Life

\n Dry active yeast is a granulated, dehydrated form of baker’s yeast. Unlike instant yeast, it requires activation in\n warm water\n before being added to a recipe. This process ensures a strong yeast bloom, ideal for recipes where slow fermentation and flavour\n development\n are desired.\n

\n
• Stable shelf life and easy storage

\n
• Suitable for a wide range of dough types
